Important Instructions for Notarization & Commissioning Services

Step 1 – Complete Intake Process
Fill out the Client Intake Form and include a message indicating whether you are seeking notarization or commissioning services. This helps us prepare for your appointment and ensure a smooth process.
❌ Do Not Sign Documents in Advance:
Please do not sign any documents before our meeting. For notarization, all signatures must be witnessed in person. For commissioning, signatures can be witnessed either in person or via video conference.
Step 3 – Documents & True Copies
Ensure all documents are fully completed, except for signatures. We cannot notarize or commission blank or incomplete documents. Copies of original documents can only be notarized or commissioned in person, and original documents must be available at the appointment
Step 2 – Book Your Appointment
Appointments are scheduled at a mutually agreed – upon time and location.
What You Need for Your Appointment:
Please ensure you bring two current and valid IDs, with at least one being a government-issued photo ID. Please make sure you have all the instructions prior to your appointment.
